I’m Andrew Montalbano, a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Clemson University, specializing in Design and Manufacturing. My expertise in Engineering Design, Simulation, and Additive Manufacturing has driven innovation in both academic research and practical applications.

I’ve contributed to cutting-edge projects at LANL, VIPR, ARC, and NAVAIR, sharpening my skills in advanced materials, additive manufacturing, and model-based systems engineering.

I’m also committed to mentoring future engineers, advising undergraduate and graduate students, and leading workshops. As I advance in my career, I aim to transition into leadership roles, using my technical expertise to guide teams and drive innovation.
